2008: Foundation in Alice Springs

Outback Harvest was born from a vision to celebrate and sustainably source native Australian bush foods. Our beginnings in Alice Springs were deeply influenced by collaborations with Indigenous communities, honouring their knowledge and traditions.

2012: First International Export

Marking a key milestone, Outback Harvest shipped its first bulk native ingredient export. This achievement solidified our commitment to sharing the unique flavours of the Australian outback with culinary professionals worldwide.

2020: Sustainability Award Recognition
